One-axis CNC System – K1SA

K0S is an economy new generation of single axis CNC system for full digital control servo or step motor. The control circuit employs hi-speed microprocessor, super-large-scale customized IC chip, multi-layer printed circuit board, and the display is a LCD with high resolution. The whole process uses surface mount devices (SMD), hence the whole system is compact, size is greatly reduced, and meanwhile the system reliability is improved further. For the control panel, CNC operation panel is integrated with machine panel, this has greatly simplified the connection between a CNC system and machine tool. The full screen has Chinese menu, straightforward interface, the operation is simple and clear, so the system has a very high cost performance.

K1S has the following variations:

·K1SB: 320×240 LCD

·K1SA: 192×64 LCD

Both have the same control functions and interfaces, but the appearance, display and operation panels are slightly different.
