The control circuit employs hi-speed microprocessor, super-large-scale customized IC chip, multi-layer printed circuit board, and the display is a LCD with high resolution. Hence the whole system is compact, size is greatly reduced, and meanwhile the system reliability is improved further. In term of control software, for the first time the functions of a full-functional CNC system are introduced into the control system of step motor, and many functions applicable for step motor are added, so that its performance is optimized, hence the system has a high cost efficiency.

Comparing K100M with K100M4, they are same in outline sizes and operation panels, and differences are:

A.      K100M is a CNC system for 3-axis, while K100M4 is for 4-axis milling machines.

B.   They have different main boards and system software’s, are not interchangeable.
