KND-1T/2T is an economy new generation CNC Turning Lathe controller system, for controlling full digital servo or step motors for lathes or 2-axis machines. The control circuit employs hi-speed microprocessor, super-large-scale customized IC chip, multi-layer printed circuit board, and the display is a LCD with high resolution. The whole process uses surface mount devices (SMD). While remaining the common functions of a lathe, it has simplified further the system, hence the whole system is compact, size is greatly reduced, and meanwhile the system reliability is improved further. For control panel, CNC operation panel is integrated with machine panel, this has greatly simplified the connection between a CNC system and machine tool. The full screen uses Chinese menu, straightforward interface, the operation is simple and clear, so the system has a very high cost performance. K1T has the following variations:
K1TBII: panel size 400×245
K1TBIII: panel size 320×245, no power ON/OFF button on the panel.
