KND100T (K100T) is an economy CNC truning lathe controller system. for controlling full digital servo or step motors for lathes or 2-axis machines. The control circuit employs hi-speed microprocessor, super-large-scale customized IC chip, multi-layer printed circuit board, and the display is a LCD with high resolution. Hence the whole system is compact, size is greatly reduced, and meanwhile the system reliability is improved further. For control panel, CNC operation panel is integrated with machine panel, this has greatly simplified the connection between a CNC system and machine tool. In term of control software, the functions of a full-functional CNC system are introduced into the control system of step motor, and many functions applicable for step motor are added, so that its performance is optimized, hence the system has a high cost efficiency.
